DIRECTIONS: Use sparingly. Slowly massage HerbOil until it is well-absorbed into your chest and neck area, wrists, soles of feet/toes and forehead. HerbOil Immune works better on clean skin where there is a minimal amount of lotion, perfume, sweat, etc. For best results use after bathing.

If discomfort persists apply 3x a day and rest.
